Goldwater Scholarship for STEM students (Session 4 of 4)

Are you an undergraduate with at least one year remaining who is planning a research career in math, science, or engineering? Do you intend to pursue graduate school to earn a PhD, an MD/PhD or a DVM/PhD with an emphasis on research? If so, join us to learn about the prestigious Barry M. Goldwater Scholarship. This nationally competitive award covers up to $7,500/year and recognizes students who show exceptional promise in the fields of natural sciences, engineering, and mathematics.
Students must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident or in the case of nominees from American Samoa or the Commonwealth of the Mariana Islands, a U.S. national to be eligible to apply.

(If you are applying this year for a Goldwater scholarship, you are expected to attend one of these information sessions. Those considering applying in the future are encouraged to attend. The same information will be shared at each session.)
- Wednesday, September 24: 4:10 – 5:30 p.m. in CUE 507
- Tuesday, September 30: 4:10 – 5:30 p.m. in CUE 507
- Wednesday, October 1: 3:10 – 4:30 p.m. in CUE 507
- Friday, October 10: 12:10 – 1:00 p.m. in CUE 507
