Many scholarships and fellowships require U.S. citizenship—but some exist that are open to applications from noncitizens. The websites below provide information on such scholarships, for which international students are eligible.
E4FC maintains a list of scholarships available for immigrant students that don’t have U.S. citizenship or legal permanent residency. Note that some of the listed opportunities have regional eligibility requirements that make WSU students ineligible for that scholarship; however, many of the scholarships do not have such requirements and are open to WSU students.
This list provided by Grinnell College links to approximately 100 different opportunities that accept applications from international students. (Thanks to members of the National Association of Fellowships Advisors, who assembled the opportunities on this list.)
