At WSU, students and alumni in all majors and from all campuses partner with the Distinguished Scholarships Program to become competitive applicants for such life-changing, prestigious awards as the Rhodes, Marshall, Fulbright, Goldwater, and more.
The following workshops are offered to help prospective applicants build their eligibility for a distinguished scholarship. All freshmen through graduate students and alumni are welcome at these events. Unless otherwise indicated, the duration of our workshops is one hour.

Unless otherwise indicated, locations are as follows:
- Pullman: Smith CUE 507
- All other campuses: Workshops are available through teleconferencing via Zoom. Please send an email to DistinguishedScholarships@wsu.edu at least 24 hours prior to the event to make arrangements.

Have you thought about applying for a Fulbright award to study, conduct research, or serve as an English Teaching Assistant in another country? Would you like to learn more? Join April Seehafer, Director of the Distinguished Scholarships Program, along with a current WSU Fulbright semi-finalist as we talk about the benefits, break down the application process, and answer any questions you have! While this workshop is best for juniors and seniors, all interested students are invited to attend.
