About the Newsletter
We will keep you informed. Distinguished Scholarships maintains an e-newsletter that is periodically delivered to the email inboxes of participating WSU students and faculty. With each issue written according to the themes of Prepare, Process, and Participate, our newsletter provides a wealth of information and timely reminders for those interested in pursuing distinguished scholarships.
How to Join our Mailing List
You can sign up for our newsletter by filling out an online form. The Distinguished Scholarships e-newsletter is distributed using WSU’s Mailman mailing list management software available at
lists.wsu.edu. To join our mailing list, fill out the appropriate online form available at
lists.wsu.edu by providing your name, email, and the name of our mailing list, which is
Distinguishedscholarshipswsu. If you are a current student, you are required to use your official WSU email.
Unsubscribing from the Mailing List
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by filling out the appropriate online form available at
lists.wsu.edu. To complete the form, you will need to provide the email that you used to join the list and the name of our mailing list —
Mailing List Rules
We moderate our mailing list. To protect the email inboxes of our registered members, our mailing list is fully moderated and does not accept replies or new messages from anyone without prior moderator approval. All email correspondence should instead be sent to DistinguishedScholarships@wsu.edu. In fact, if you “reply” to one of our newsletter messages, your response will automatically be sent back solely to our office. However, if you accidentally send a message to our mailing list, rest assured that our moderators will forward your message to the appropriate party.
