Truman 2020 finalist Patrick Robichaud.PULLMAN, Wash.—Future climate scientist, environmentalist, and policy influencer Patrick Robichaud, a civil engineering senior at Washington State University, has been named a finalist for the prestigious, nationally competitive Harry S. Truman Scholarship, the Distinguished Scholarships Program announced.

“Patrick’s many academic and community accomplishments, plus his diverse interests, helped position him well for the Truman award, and led WSU to recommend him highly,” said April Seehafer, program director. PULLMAN, Wash.—Future policymaker, environmental engineer, and attorney Alyssa Norris, a junior at Washington State University, is one of 199 students from 136 colleges selected to interview as a finalist for the prestigious, nationally competitive Truman Scholarship, the WSU Distinguished Scholarships Program announced.
